Reservations are secured with a check for $250 which constitutes a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be returned less $50 in cases of cancellation received 15 days prior to commencement of stay. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to stay will receive refund subject to re-rental. Rental payment is due in full 15 days prior to your stay.
